Exceptional manor house, private..

This manor house has been restored to a very high standard and sits quietly and privately along a little lane. It is set on a promontory with views over forests and to the rolling hills beyond.

Substantial accommodation includes two private bedroom bathroom suites with a shared private gallery overlooking the immense salon. Four reception rooms. Fully fitted kitchen dining plus a fully equipped summer kitchen. Pretty, well established and well-tended gardens. Adjoining barn currently used for storage and garaging. Separate farm building which could suit a number of purposes from workshop to accommodation. Just a few kilometres from villages with primary and junior schools, restaurants and grocery store. Vic Fezansac, typical Gers market town, is just 11 km away with all weekly needs; friday market, supermarket, pharmacies, post offfice, doctors, dentists etc.
