The two residences and each apartment will already have had a substantial amount of works completed which include high specification of insulation, new doors (entry to apartments and to balconies), windows, external and parking, caves as well as storage and communal areas of the residence.

Apartments will be left as a rough concrete shell. The floor will still require a self levelling screed before tiling / adding a wooden floor which allows the decision on whether the client wants underfloor heating.
