Farmhouse renovation project in need of..

Farmhouse renovation project in need of finishing, countryside setting between Pleugriffet and Credin, Morbihan.

This renovation project has been started, has a new roof to the front of the property, electrics have been put in place, plumbing has been started but not finished, velux windows installed.

This would make a fabulous home once completed, situated in the countryside in the commune of Pleugriffet but near to Credin, Morbihan.

There are 3 areas on the ground floor, lounge, dining area and a kitchen area. There is currently no kitchen, or bathroom but there are 2 fireplaces on the ground floor and it certainly has character, with exposed beams.

On the first floor, is a huge area, with the possibility of having 4 bedrooms and again has character.

Could have a habitable space of about 200m² once finished.

Outside there is a garage, an old stabling area and a barn.

Land of approx 3300m².

An ideal project to finish for the lovers of the countryside and be able to have veg plot, chickens, animals etc. and have some sort of self sufficiency lifestyle.

There is also the possibility of purchsing a bit more land plus a barn and a little stone building from the farmer who is planning to retire, so please ask about this possibility.
*update*, the current owners are in the process of purchasing the extra land, & barn and therefore, shortly this will be included in the descrition of he property, but the price of the total plot plus renovation will also increase to factor all in, please do ask for more information!*

This is an ideal area for exploring Brittany, forrest walks, cycling and with the Nantes Brest canal nearby.

Larger towns of Pontivy and Josselin within a 30mins drive.

Nearest airports would be Rennes, Dinard and Nantes.

Nearest port would be St Malo.

Looking for a project, then this could be for you!.
