Traditional Charentaise farmhouse set in a very large garden with several outbuildings, total plot of over 14 hectares and a barn, all situated in a small quiet hamlet.

The property is approached down a quiet lane, which leads to a dead end, where there are only two other houses.

There is a large carp pond with carp up to 20/25lb and also roach. It�s a very peaceful place to sit on a summer�s evening with a glass of wine, listening to the weir from the River Charente.

Ground Floor
