House

Ground floor

There are a number of entrances into the main house. From the terrace, a door opens to the kitchen (5.8m x 2.7m = 15 sq m) with tiled floor and a number of fitted units. To the rear of the kitchen a door opens to an internal hall, off which are a shower room, a separate WC and the boiler room.

To the right of the hall a few steps lead up into a huge split-level living room.
