Former farmhouse with 2 independent apartments and plenty of outbuildings

This four-bedroom farmhouse has two 1-bed apartments, a vast barn and other outbuildings with potential.

Farmhouse

Ground floor

The front door opens to the living room (40 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace. To the rear of the living room and open plan with it is the kitchen (14 sq m) with tiled floor and fitted kitchen units. To one side of the kitchen is a large pantry and a separate WC. To the left of the living room is a garden room (11 sq m) with tiled floor and sink.

To the right of the living room a doorway leads through to the sitting room (27 sq m) with wooden floor, exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling, fireplace and two sets of glazed doors to the outside.

First floor

A wooden staircase rises from the living room to the first floor landing, off which are four bedrooms (17 sq m, 12 sq m, 8.5 sq m and 8.5 sq m). All of the bedrooms have wooden floors and exposed beam ceilings and the largest room has a large dressing room (9 sq m). Also off the landing is a bathroom with bath, shower, wash-basin and WC.

Apartments

A very attractive former worker's cottage has been converted to create two independent one-bedroom apartments, each with a living room, bedroom and shower room. The ground floor apartment is let out (the first floor apartment will require some work to bring it back).

Outbuildings

The property comes with numerous outbuildings including a vast barn (about 270 sq m). Some of the smaller outbuildings have potential for further development.

Land

The majority of the land lies directly to the front of the main house and could perhaps benefit from being enclosed.
