Leading off from the living area are two bedrooms and a family bathroom plus stairs leading to a mezzanine area which accommodates two beds.

Outside

Both apartments have their own separate spaces for sitting outside, the upper apartment having the balcony and the lower having a large terrace and BBQ area.

There is also a laundry room to the side of the villa.

Behind the house on the upper side of the plot, there is a lovely garden area with mature trees and covered seating area.

At the lowest area of the gardens is the pool area which is well finished for low maintenance in large paving slabs surrounded by grey shingle and mature trees.

Location

The property is on the Silver Coast about 15 minutes from the very popular coastal resort of Sao Martinho do Porto with its protected bay and gentle waves and great selection of restaurants.

Just a short drive away is the popular historical city of Alcobaca plus other local landmarks such as Caldas da Rainha, Obidos, Batalha, Foz do Arelho and Peniche.

The motorway access will have you in Lisbon within and hour and there is a good bus service if you want public transport.
