Great rural property in Santa Eugenia

This remarkable country estate is located on the outskirts of the popular village of Santa Eugenia, on a beautiful plot of 13,000 m2 with excellent connections to the city of Palma (15 minutes drive by car). The living area is distributed over 2 floors and disposes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (3 en suite), a very spacious living/dining room with fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and access to the covered porch, an office, a utility room and several storage rooms. In addition there is a small, detached house, which is used by the current owners as a painter's studio, but could also be converted into a guest house. A carport for several vehicles is also provided. Outside the property benefits from open and covered terraces with barbecue area, a well kept garden with lawns, palm trees and a pool of 6x12 m, a separate fruit and vegetable garden, a chicken coop and a large, fenced-in lawn that is perfect for keeping horses. Access to the house is via a representative Palm Avenue. The house is connected to the public electricity grid and the water is supplied by a drinking fountain, shared by several neighbours. Thus, the water is free and you only pay the electricity costs caused by the water pump.
