Description

This former watermill, has been converted into a spacious gite complex to become a lovely collection of converted mill houses in South France , nestling in a beautiful, private and peaceful wooded valley with its own trout stream and large 15x8 sqm swimming pool , with fantastic south facing sun terrace that benefits from full sun all day. In total there are 6 gites available for rent, with both self catering cottages and apartments, sleeping 2 to 32 people and a large 4-bedroom family house for private use. The beautiful grounds are very spacious, with childrens'play areas , including a lovely stream that runs through the middle of the gardens, private terraces and barbeque areas as well as plenty of shade areas if the sun gets to hot. The property is situated in South of France, 20 km north west of Carcassonne, also accessible from Toulouse and Béziers, and has now been offering gites holidays succesfully for over 10 years.
