The hotel has a contract with a tour operator (Scandinavian clients) and as it is a family business, it is only operating with one extra member of stuff (cleaner) and a barman for the pool bar.

The gross income is annually 100.000 Euros, while the expenses are estimated at 20.000 Euros including taxes, electricity and water bills, as well as laundry service.
