The house is quite special. The pictures do not show it at all nice, but you do have three floors here.
The ground floor offers a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and stairs.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which has yet to be completed. Under the house is there than here in the basement boiler room.
In the garden there are some outbuildings which include a garage / workshop.

Good to know is that the roof was in 2014 fully renovated.

Water and electricity are available. Gas can be connected from the street. The drainage is controlled by means of a septic tank. The heating is a central heating which is heated by wood.

The house is found in Kadarkut. A small village with 3000 inhabitants in the village and the surrounding area already several foreigners found a house. Not far from Kaposvar and Szigetvar where you can go to for the better shopping, eating out, sitting at the terrace and of course the (thermal) bath. At about 3 km from Kadarkut there is the international golf course.
