House in Oreglak, Somogy , Hungary

The house is entered thru the living room / lounge. Directly connected to the (open) kitchen and the (open) living room which also could serve well as a bedroom. On the other side of the living room, a bedroom and bathroom. Right next to the house is a barn. This still needs updating, but in here you will find also the beautiful spacious cellar. Beside the house is a well and also the garage and summer kitchen. If you are looking for a "project", it's fun to transform it into a guesthouse. The water is already there

Utilities such as electricity(220V + 380V) and water are present. Drainage is to a septic tank. Gas cannot be connected. The heating is controlled with the beautiful stove where a water tank is connected. It also allows you to use it for the rest of the house to warm it. Is a central heating.

Property is in good condition. Good roof, well taken care off and the windows were replaced with plastic.

This house is in the outside territory and therefore a special procedure must be followed to buy it on your name. Our lawyer will arrange all that, but you have to take into account a lead time of six till eight months.

This house is a the edge of the village. Just a few hundred meters from the main road, but will hardly affect you. In the village the basic facilities are available and if you want more extensive shopping, then Marcali is at 12 km. Here a nice thermal bath. Of course a visit to the Balaton is well worth it. With 20 km you are at the lake. In the summer it is of course a nice place to go to the beach, but also in spring and autumn there is the great atmosphere.

Very nice and complete home, in a good location and not too much money. Come and have a look!.
