House Just Outside Montepulciano

ITALY, TUSCANY, SIENA, MONTEPULCIANO

Exquisitely positioned just a short distance from Montepulciano with panoramic views, stone and brick farmhouse on three levels of approx. 243 square meters plus cantina of 16 square meters, and garden of 1300 square meters.

The farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and still bears many of its original features, so typical of rural dwellings, such as the brick and stone facades, beamed ceilings with terracotta tiles, vaulted ceilings in the cantina, period doors. All materials are of the highest quality, first and foremost the handmade terracotta floor tiles.

Another prestigious - and rare - feature is the turret rising from the central area of the house, where a spacious studio/bedroom has been created.

The cantina grants direct access to the garden by means of large French windows.

The floors are connected both by an internal staircase as well as a typical external staircase, leading up to the loggia with panoramic views.

In the well-kept garden we find a number of terraces and panoramic views, perfect to regenerate body and soul, and admire the views of Montepulciano and the surrounding countryside.

Its unique and panoramic location, private but at the same time close to services, is a much sought-after and rare commodity.

The property is completed by an outbuilding of approx. 20 square meters.

It is possible to purchase additional land from the neighbours.

A pool can be built.
