This house is really pretty and situated at the edge of a popular village in the heart of the Normandie countryside. It is well appointed and ready to move into. On the ground floor you enter into a spacious lounge with dual aspect windows, a light and airy room with a wood burning stove. Off this room is the kitchen with fitted units and all the amenities you could need. The office/3rd bedroom is down a small corridor fitted with lots of storage. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom and separate toilet. Outside you will see a barn which is larger than the house and is compartmentalised into 4 units, the larger of these is used as the owners workshop and has electricity to it. The three other units are used to store garden tools, huge cider barrels and another smaller workshop with electricity. The space upstairs in the barn is all floored and could be useful storage. There is also a greenhouse and a well established vegetable plot. In the beautifully landscaped garden there are various fruit trees and lots of ornamental planting. Nearest large town is St Hilaire du Harcouet, motorway is approx. 30 minutes drive and ports of Caen and Cherbourg approximately 1.5 hours drive. The English Channel in the west, north and north-west coastlines makes getting here to its many ports very easy from the UK. There is also an airport in Caen and many others are easily accessible in the surrounding regions such as Rennes airport.
