Les Houches, France

Chalet Pont is a modern 5 bedroom chalet of approximately 180 m², with many traditional features, in a spectacular location in Les Houches.

The chalet has been tastefully decorated, offering a modern mix of traditional style & contemporary design. The accommodation comprises a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room with log fire and modern, fully-fitted American kitchen and five bedrooms all with individually designed private ensuite facilities, two having balcony access.

The large patio windows, balconies and terrace afford spectacular views of the entire Mont Blanc Massif extending through the Chamonix Mont Blanc Valley from les Houches to le Tour.

The chalet benefits from an outdoor hot tub and an extensive south facing decked terrace with breathtaking views of the valley.Additionally, there is a separate 1 bedroom apartment and a secure, heated storage room.

Our opinion
The property is in excellent order and is perfect for a family or holiday home. The Chalet is currently operated as a catered chalet business and the flexible design arrangement is superb for either a business with the separate apartment, or as an all inclusive family home.
