Tannuaz is a traditional chalet which was built in 1964 and internally renovated in 2007. It has a very spacious feel and offers 180m² of living space over three levels.

The chalet is entered via the garden level and opens into a spacious hallway with plenty of storage for boots and coats. Off the hallway are a laundry room and an office which is currently used for storage and leads to a further office with views towards Les Drus which could be used as a fifth bedroom. The hallway also gives access to the garage.

Stairs lead to the first floor which has a light open plan living room with a feeling of space and two sets of French doors leading to the balcony. The bespoke kitchen has granite worktops and a breakfast bar. This floor also has two bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes and access to the balcony and a shower room.

A broad wooden staircase leads to the second floor which exposed beams throughout and a spacious oak parquet landing area with lots of light. This floor houses the master bedroom which runs the entire length of the house and has an ensuite bathroom with a standalone bath and separate shower. There is a further large bedroom on this level which faces south.

The chalet has a large garden and is situated in a calm neighbourhood in Les Houches and benefits from almost year-round sunshine.

Our opinion
Tannuaz is a very spacious and bright chalet with the possibility to extend further. It is located in a quiet area of Les Houches and would make a very good family home.
