Longere with outbuildings
Requiring some work, this stone longere is habitable and could make a great family or holiday home.
House
The front door opens to the kitchen (5.8m x 3.6m = 21m2) with tiled floor. To the left a small hallway provides access to a room (5.7m x 3.5m = 20m2) with wooden floor and a bathroom room (bath, wash-basin and bidet).
To the right of the kitchen a door opens to the living room (5.7m x 5.7m = 32m2) with tiled floor and a stone fireplace. From here a door opens to a second entrance, to the right of which a door opens to a bedroom (about 21m2).
To the rear of this bedroom a door opens to a hall, off which are two more rooms (12m2 and 11m2).
To the rear of the kitchen a door opens to a large utility room (about 26m2) which includes a separate WC. From here a door opens back into one of the bedrooms.
Outbuildings
There are a number of outbuildings ranged around the courtyard including two barns (about 145m2 and 40m2), a garage, an open-sided barn and store rooms.
Garden
The large courtyard to the front of the house could make a very attractive walled garden with a sweep drive and a separate lawn. Through one of the barn there is another garden - currently left to grass.
The house will require a certain amount of modernisation and redecoration and one of the roof beams will require attention (hence the price). Once the work is done, the new owner will have a lovely house set in its own courtyard - the barns offer potential for further development (subject to relevant planning permissions).
