House

Ground Floor

The front door opens into the large tiled kitchen (54m2) with a range of units and a large wood burning stove. From here a door opens to a tiled lounge (36m2) with a wood-burning stove.

Off the living room a corridor provides access to a useful utility room (8m2) and a tiled games room (22m2) with French doors to the garden. From the games room a door leads to a tiled store room with boiler and a WC. From here there is access to a workshop or store room (32m2) and a large open barn.

From this is an L-shaped bedroom (26m2) with ensuite shower room (5m2).

First floor

A staircase rises from the kitchen to a mezzanine which is currently used as an office. Off this area is the master bedroom (25m2) with beamed ceiling and ensuite shower room (4.8m2).

The mezzanine also provides access to four further bedrooms (21m2, 12.48m2, 18.62m2 and 22m2) as wells as a bathroom (6.3m2) with bath, basin and WC.

One of the bedrooms also has a dressing room and an ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside

The property sits on a plot of 3100m2. There are a variety of outbuildings including an original bread oven, garage, barn, a cottage to renovate, pig pens and chicken run. The garden is mostly lawned with a well and an above ground pool and to the side of the side of the house is a terraced area.

This is a lovely country property which retains many original features and would make a great family home or potential business. It is close to the lake and leisure area in St Macoux.
