This beautiful apartment is situated in the centre of Flachau on a hillside. The apartment was rebuilt not long ago and was equipped with a high quality furnish and lots of extras.

The approx 115 m2 living effective area are divided in a generous living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a office field in the oriel. Furthermore the apartment offers 2 bedrooms as well as two bathrooms, one of them en suite and a guest toilet. A larder and an economic room are also available.

The bathrooms are designed very modern (for example: a lightened rain shower). The toilets are both with an aqua clean system. All rooms are equipped with a wall heating system and additional a floor heating system in both bathrooms. The apartment is heated by a wood pellets heating system and a tiled stove is in the living room.

The kitchen offers a few extras as well, for example a large American fridge, a steamer and a convenient organic chopper.

Situation: The community Flachau (2639 inhabitants, 920m above sea level) is located in the Salzburger Land in the district St. Johann im Pongau. The village is provided in one of the biggest ski-areas in Austria, the ski-world Amade.

In winter Flachau offers a world class skiing area, the ski-world Amade. Aside of skiing are alternatives like cross-country skiing, tobogganing, winter hiking and ski-tours along the offerings.

In summer Flachau has a wide range of hiking and bicycle trails, a bathing lake for hot summer days. For more adventure-seeker climbing, the high rope-course, canyoning and rafting are the better choice.
