Luxury Condominium

Luxury Condominium is one of those places you walk into once and will never forget the experience. Never before locally has a luxury residential complex offered such high quality finishes both in the individual Penthouses (and apartments) and the common areas. Set in the picturesque northern village of Mellieha, the complex is designed to inspire a sophisticated and tranquil lifestyle and home. Ville Michel apartments have large terraces overlooking Malta's largest sandy beach with lots of space for ‘al fresco' dining with barbecue and ample place for entertaining. In fact, almost all units have large outdoor terraces. Each unit has a spacious, open plan living area interconnecting with the kitchen and dining room. All rooms lead out to the terraces and the whole complex is specially designed to take maximum advantage of the light. There are 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom units remaining - almost the whole block of 37 units is sold out with only 10 units remaining (till now). All have en suite shower/bath leading off from the main bedroom as well as plenty of storage and a guest bathroom. 13 miles from Malta's capital city Valletta and 14 miles from Malta International Airport, Mellieha perches on top of a hill overlooking the rest of the island and over sister islands Gozo and Comino. Mellieha is surrounded by fertile valleys and graced with amazing, panoramic views of the countryside, valley, and Mediterranean Sea as well as Mellieha parish church which itself overlooks the valley imposingly. State of the art internal finishes include sound and intelligent lighting preparation, energy efficient air conditioning in every room, gypsum walls and direct access from the garages below via private elevator with key access. There is only one place in the world where you can enjoy this view from one of the most luxurious penthouses or apartments available for sale on the Maltese Islands - Ville Michel - where every detail matters.
