Meander Cottages

Meander Cottages gives you the opportunity to enjoy your retirement in comfort, with the lifestyle and security of a caring and friendly country community.

Meander Cottages are high quality two and three bedroom homes, built over three stages, for people looking for comfort, privacy and independence. The Cottages 6 floor plans are designed with all the benefits of a traditional home but in a size that is easily managed.

Just an hour south of Adelaide, Meander Cottages are situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Southern Fleurieu Peninsula town of Yankalilla. Here you’ll find everything you require to support your day-to-day living, including medical facilities, churches, banks, library, supermarkets, bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafes.

Yankalilla also boasts a Senior Citizens Club, as well as bowling and tennis clubs. Just 2.4km to the west is the beachside township of Normanville, with its miles of white sandy beaches, a boat ramp and the best fishing the Gulf of St Vincent has to offer.

Meander Cottages offer two and three bedroom homes, some with double garages. All cottages feature: walk-in robe to main bedroom, ensuite two-way bathroom, separate guest toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious paved, outdoor terrace with pergola, a 1000 litre rainwater tank plumbed to the kitchen and garage with internal access.

Meander Cottages is the perfect address for those wishing to enjoy their retirement in comfort while taking advantage of everything the Southern Fleurieu and Yankalilla has to offer.
