Description

This Country Villa really does have the WOW Factor.

The minute you walk in you realise how special this property is and how well maintained the present owners have kept it.

The interior design of this Country Villa has been created by the present owners and you can see how creative they have been in making a great family home while maintaining a lot of the traditional Spanish features.

The covered front porch has the most amazing views to the mountains and vineyards,

this leads to the large lounge and dining room with a fabulous wood burner.

The Country kitchen is large enough for entertaining and making those special traditional dishes on the wood oven this leads through fabulous double glazed Patio Doors to the the garden area ,which has been created for easy maintenance.

Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with one en suite for the master bedroom are all are beautifully presented.

A store room could be made into extra living accommodation if required

In the grounds there is a casita and with little renovation this could be utilised for extra accommodation if required.

The Villa is located between Aspe and La Romana and has amazing views to the mountains,25 minutes to Alicante airport and Beaches and shopping in the fabulous City of Elche is just 15 minutes drive.

There is a local market every day in the surrounding villages and a great restaurant and bar within walking distance La Romana and Aspe are just 7 minutes drive for every day shopping and doctors and schools.
