Newly built, luxurious rural property..

This exceptional stone-clad country house was built in 2012 on a hill plateau at the edge of the picturesque village of Alaro, enjoying amazing panoramic views over the entire center of the island. The elevated position and a plot of 20,000 m2 guarantee absolute peace and privacy, but at the same time the property is only a 15 minutes drive from Palma and the lovely center of the village, with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops may be reached in 5 minutes by car. The living area of 350 m2 is distributed over 2 levels and disposes on the ground floor of a spacious living/dining area with fireplace, an entrance hall, a guest room with en suite bathroom and a designer kitchen. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. The outdoor areas of the property offer open and covered terraces, a garden with automatic irrigation system, an infinity pool, a covered barbecue area and a parking. Below the main house there is a small stone house of 40 sqm, with a private terrace, which could be easily transformed into a beautiful, romantic guesthouse.

Features include, among others, air conditioning hot/cold, underfloor heating (oil), wood-burning stove, electric access gates, video intercom, fitted wardrobes.
