Description

When Noel Edmunds and I were young(er) he was forever playing a Neil Sedaka song "Oh Carol!" which as I recall was about missed opportunities and this house brought it all back. It's an excellent property in "move in ready" condition with 3 bedrooms (1 used as an office) 2 bathrooms, reception room with fireplace and decent kitchen.

The plot is 3,000 m2 and there is a pool fed by spring water as well as patios. Why my local Spanish colleagues didn't think to take photos of the dip pool I have no idea because it is such an important asset but there you go. We all have different priorities!

What makes it so special? Well I suppose the price. 115,000 Euros for a beautiful, well situated, detached country house with pool under an hour from Malaga airport and much closer to Granada seems unreal even in recessionary times. So don't delay or you will end up sounding like Neil Sedaka!
