Oh My! - Vinuela, Malaga, 29712

Oh my! That was my first thought when I saw the view from this magnificent property which is currently used as a single family home but is arranged so it can be two separate houses; one to live in and one to rent out for a fortune! Personally, if you were looking for an income this would be a perfect B&B!

Total built size of this luxurious and spacious mansion is 400m2 or 200 m2 per house and it sits on a plot of 5,000 m2 from which you have uninterrupted views down the length of the lake which take in the surrounding mountains as well. Absolutely amazing!

The accommodation is made up of an easily divisible 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!

A large vestibule area leads to front doors whilst wide, staggered, stairs lead to an L shaped balcony landing with sitting area and storage.

The master bedrooms have large 4 door fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom and separate shower.

The 2nd bedroom also has an en suite with bath and separate shower.

There are 2 terrace areas per house on the ground floor, plus terraces off the bedrooms.

The reception has triple doors to the terrace and swimming pool, with separate rounded
window to the dining room and an awning shading the second terrace.

Fully fitted kitchen with utility off.

The houses currently share the entrance, swimming pool, gas and water deposito but have separate electric supplies. In addition they both have gas central heating and hot water with radiators in all rooms.

Outside there are mature sub tropical garden with irrigation, bbq and covered terrace. The
whole property is gated and fenced with a 4000 litre deposito. There is enough space on either side of the property to put in a separate swimming pool so guests and owners do not need to share if you decide to go the rental route.

This house, so close to the coast and all amenities is quite spectacular in it's own right but those views are something else!
