One Bedroom Care Room, Lynwood Care..

Lynwood Care Centre offers both private individuals and limited companies the opportunity to purchase long-leasehold rooms within the UK care sector.

As an alternative to traditional buy-to-let property, the leaseback agreement offered ensures that your purchase is entirely hands off, providing you with the security and peace of mind that your asset is being looked after and fully managed.

There are no ongoing costs such as marketing and management fees and no property maintenance issues to deal with. All you need to do is sit back and benefit from your annual rental income.

Lynwood Care Centre is an existing, fully operational facility undergoing a schedule of refurbishment, with a focus towards dementia-specific design and furnishing elements. This includes rooms having generous dimensions surpassing UK government sizing guidelines, and many additional facility improvements, including assistive technology, to exceed the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards of care.

The Lynwood Care Centre management team boast extensive knowledge of the UK care sector in both the provision and management of care homes within the income generating asset marketplace.

The unique board of highly accredited advisors come from all areas of the social care sector. They work closely with local authorities and primary care commissions, oversee operational practices, and assist in an ongoing review and development programme for the welfare of the clients.

All of these factors go towards the long-term stability and success of the facility, ensuring the highest levels of care for consistent levels of occupancy.
