Opportunity Knocks! - Iznalloz..

Opportunity is knocking loud and clear for Mr Black and Decker Man and Mrs Bleach! This once spectacular house has been neglected and needs new owners prepared to put in the time and elbow grease needed to restore it to former glories.

Arranged over 3 floors the accommodation is mainly small rooms, the use of which is difficult to define as there are so many! How many bedrooms do you want? This house would be perfect to be re-modelled and at this price would be worth it.

From the street steps rise to the front door and into a long corridor, to the right are two rooms and a bathroom to the left a further room, rounding the corner in the corridor you have two further rooms on the right, one of which houses the staircase to the upper level and has been a kitchen in the past, but all the units have been removed. Further down the corridor you have the lounge, with a feature fire place and yet another room - so on this floor possibly 4 bedrooms!!!

On the first floor the stairs arrive into a semi open terraced area, surrounded by windows but with a corrugated plastic roof, this could easily be opened up to give additional outside space. The views from this room are pleasant; if you are into train spotting you have a perfect view of the Station at Iznalloz and the country side beyond. Also on this floor are 4 further rooms (Bedrooms?) which need a little TLC but are larger than the ones on the lower floor.

Leaving the house via the front door and turning the corner gives access to the Lower floor, currently one large room, perfect for a party, but could easily be changed into a garage and or family room, over looking the garden.

The house has gardens on two sides, with a wealth of fruit trees and space for a Chicken or 6 in the shed!

This house is simply huge and really needs seeing to be appreciated. It will make someone a huge family home but would also be ideal (subject to planning permission) for B&B with some of those rooms going for additional bathrooms.
