Outstanding villa – newly built in 2011- that’s allows you to enjoy the Mallorcan climate to the fullest. This property is set on a large plot of land of approx. 17000 m2 and has a total built surface of approx. 450 m2. Although the villa has a rustic look, it comes with all the modern comforts and was decorated in a modern and minimalistic way. There is a lot of natural light due to the excellent southwest orientation.

On the ground floor of the main building you will find the kitchen, entrance, living area and a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has access to the covered terrace so all meals of the day can be enjoyed outside overseeing the vast and idyllic landscape of Llucmajor. On the first floor you will find three more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi.
Attached to the house, you will find the outside area. A large swimming pool, open and covered terraces, ideal for a dinner al fresco on a warm summer night, an outside shower, toilet etc… There is also a rather big pool house that could be converted into a gym, entertainment area or housing for your guests.

Llucmajor is a commercial town with some well loved cafés and tapa-bars, at the south east of Mallorca. The town has developed in an economic and popular residential location due to the easy connection to the cosmopolitan capital Palma. The close-by Marriott Son Antem Golf resort and Spa and the nearby yacht clubs makes it interesting. The pristine natural beach of Es Trenc, one of the nicest on the island and with a Caribbean similarity, lies just 15 car minutes away. This south coast of Mallorca has also many other beautiful small coves and sandy or shingle beaches.
