So what have we got. Well at 100 m2 it the house isn't a bad size and it comes with three bedrooms, kitchen, reception, dining room and a big space for what have you! So there is plenty of oportunity to create something specia.

Outside there is space for a pool and views that are simply magnificent. Something many talk about but few have! They are genuinely stunning.

And now for what we haven't got! Water for a start! That should not be too mucvh of a problem because our resident water diviner got a reading and we have found water for a client on the neighbouring finca. The cost will not be excessive and next door we made any sale dependent on water being found.

There is no electric connection either. You can do most things with solar these days but ideally you do need a back up. There is a programme in hand to bring mains electricity to the area so it will come. In the interim i recommend a small diesel generator for the days that the sun doesn't shine. Not an attractive proposition in the UK, but very attractive in Spain!

So, as it stands this is no move in ready house and that is why I do not like the price. But with those views, the space inside properly used, your own bore hole and a proper solar instalation this will be one hell of a place to live and holiday.

The nearest town is the highly sought-after town of Yunquera (known for it's beautiful white-washed streets and incredible microclimate, even by Spanish standards!), you have everything you need at your fingertips, from bars & restaurants to banks and pharmacies, you won't go wanting! Everything else can be found in Malaga less than 50 minutes away.
