There is a large ruin of 160m2 and one of 40mtrs.Two houses, we are informed can be made into one. Needs total rebuild:Many fruit and palm trees:Mainly flat land, ideal for a large country house with stables. Wooden Stables:Licence to reform required.Three phase electricity. Part of plot is on the other side of the track:Partly fenced. It is not classed as a ruin but as a house which needs repairing. It has a roof etc. it can be reformed to its existing size and storey height but nothing else due to rustic land. The property is not registered on the escritura yet as vendor has halted payment due to his financial situation. However the lawyer has everything in his office, architecture plans etc and is more than happy for us to bring potential buyers there or to get potential buyers lawyers to call him.The property has well water – they paid for the installation when they were planning to complete the project. Alsothey have a ‘lovely Spanish neighbour’ who tends to grow vegetables on their land but will remove them if/when asked……but, he has an annoying tendency to tell anyone who views the property/land that it has no water!198m2 reform permitted but does have the potential for up to 300m2. The town hall want the ‘new’ property to be built on the existing site of the ‘ruin’ – apparently it is not classed as a ruin though. He has had architect plans done on it in the past which are now in the town hall.. EcoCasa Homes, Built to YOUR design.
