This is a stunning penthouse with the best 360⁰ panoramic views of the coast! This penthouse has great potential! Not only does the property have one extremely large terrace with fantastic views, but it also offers an immense private roof terrace with 360⁰ views! The outside space is tremendous and offers the chance to create various areas to enjoy the fantastic weather. Originally this property was two separate apartments, but was later converted into one big penthouse. This has given the penthouse an extremely large and spacious living and dining room area and a terrace that is out of this world due to its large size. The penthouse has three spacious bedrooms, two with walk in closets and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is a good size and has an ample sized utility room next to it. A special feature which is very handy and comfortable is the private elevator to the door entrance. Outstanding location only a few hundred meters from bars, restaurants, shops etc. The penthouse does need a little work done to it, but it has such potential that it is definitely worth having a look at. A new coat of paint and some creative input and this would be a dream family home or a very comfortable holiday home. Probably the most spectacular penthouse in this part of the Costa del Sol.
