Perfect rural escape - Stunning country..

If you're looking to re-locate to take advantage of the peace and quiet that this lovely region has to offer - this could well be the house for you. Superbly presented throughout, offering flexible accommodation as either a 2-bed house and 2-bed gite or alternatively one big family home and providing great extras such as the beautiful covered pool, various outbuildings and large garden of nearly half an acre, it is impossible not to be seduced by this property's many charms.

The main house is made up of an entrance hall leading to a kitchen/diner, pantry and large lounge (both with wood-burning stoves) on the left and a downstairs bedroom and shower room to the right. Upstairs in this part of the house is a master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. The gite is comprised of a kitchen and lounge/diner on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. This gite rents for 650 GBP in the summer months but as previously mentioned, it is more than possible to use the property as one big house which the current owners do when they have family over to stay. There has been lots of work done to the property including new electrics, plumbing, a new roof and insulation and double-glazing to name but a few.

Outside this house just gets better and better. There is a lovely undercover terrace seating area leading to a laundry room and wet room (used after swimming), a large barn and workshop, the 8x5 kidney-shaped pool with rectractable hard cover meaning the pool retains its temperature significantly longer than standard pools, various outbuildings including a changing room, garage and a shed too - all set on a great plot of 2162m2.
