If you want to have peace of mind, living in lush tropical nature with silence but the sounds of nature around you, this is it. A most charming tropical quality pool-villa, right next to the newly upgraded Phoenix golf course is what awaits you here.

Constructed in Thai Bali style with lots of natural materials such as teak timbers and flooring, sandstone and slate.

The villa consists of 3 generous bedrooms - all with their en-suite bathrooms - and the living-area combined with the dining-space. There are this wood-timbered cathedral ceilings with beautiful indirect lighting in quite all the rooms. The 4 air-conditioners are invisible built-in models to not disturb the architectural harmony. Wide window fronts and sliding-doors open to the large shaded outdoor space with a table for al-fresco dining plus much room for deckchairs. The free shaped pool is large and beautiful, juicy green lawns and mature trees surrounding it. There is a lovely Sala inviting to rest, as well.

Beautiful teak timber floors are laid out throughout the property. The kitchen is modern and situated in a separate room. There is a professional oven with ceramic cooktop, black granite worktops, an extraction hood, double fridge/freezer and more. Out in the back of the main kitchen, there is a Thai kitchen for the smellier cooking. Next to the entrance is the covered carport holding a large car and some two-wheelers.
