House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the living room (about 35m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone walls, double-height ceiling and a fireplace. To the left of the living room a wide opening leads to a large kitchen / dining room (33m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace.

To the right of the living room a door opens to a bedroom (14m2) with tiled floor, exposed stone wall and exposed beam ceiling. Another door to the right of the living room opens to a shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC).

To the rear of the living room a pair of glass doors opens to a large room (40m2) which is currently used as a games room. To one side the room has glazed doors to the garden. To the other a door opens to a room (19m2 - currently used as an "overflow" bedroom) from where a door opens to a store room / workshop (22m2). With a little work these rooms could easily be incorporated into the habitable space. Please note that the doors and windows running along the back of the games rooms are fixed and have frosted glass as they overlook the neighbouring property.
