Pretty Penny*

'FIND A PENNY, PICK IT UP, AND ALL DAY-LONG YOU'LL HAVE GOOD LUCK!'

I'm sure you know the rhyme, especially true with COIN'S PRETTY PENNY - and I'm certain you'll agree if you manage to grab it yourself! With it's WONDERFUL TRADITIONAL DECOR AND ARCHITECTURE, simplicity is key. If, like me, you like the notion of clean living in the countryside but ACRES OF LAND seems like a little much hard work, with a suitable middle ground of 300M2 (all fully fenced and secure) of various BLOSSOMING FRUIT TREES, this property is just right.

The property spanning 70m2 consists of a large lounge/dining room (with a tasteful fitted fireplace), a spacious fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar beneath an arch leading into the diner, 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. We also have 3 large porches surrounding the house, a built-in barbeque, a large swimming pool, fully functional utilities of water and electricity and, a rarity in country houses, a working phone line!

You're only 5 minutes from the centre of Coin (my home town!) where you can find all the essentials - supermarkets, bars & restaurants, banks, hospital & pharmacies, etc. Anything else you might need can be found less than 40 minutes away in the bustling city of Malaga, not to mention the airport only 35 minutes away - there's nothing left to chance with this place!

Here at Andalusia Properties, we specialise in going the extra mile - we're never just here for the sale. We will always stay by your side through every step of the process, including property development and legal formalities, ensuring your absolute satisfaction and peace of mind in your first steps towards your new Spanish adventure!
