Pretty village house with a 1-bedroom g�te

Near the centre of a pretty Charentaise village, this house has a g�te, garden and a good size barn.

House

Ground floor

A double glazed door opens from the courtyard into an entrance hall (11 sq m) with exposed stone walls and a wood staircase leading up to the first floor.

Two steps down from the entrance hall is the sitting room (20 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed stone walls and a wood burning stove. To one side of the sitting room a door opens to a spacious kitchen (28 sq m) with a range of fitted units. A glazed door from the kitchen opens to the courtyard.

To the far end of the entrance hall is the main bathroom (spa bath, shower, wash basin). There is a separate WC next to the bathroom.

First floor

Off the L-shaped landing are two bedrooms (23 sq m and 19 sq m). The smaller of the two has a shower and washbasin in the room and the larger bedroom has a large storage area.
