Private plot of land for development

In Vilamoura the Quintinhas are located on the outskirts of Vilamoura on the North Western tip of the prestigious Victoria Golf Course. The beautiful pine forest which contains the Pinhal Velho development of luxury villas and golf course directly meets with the Eastern side of the Quintinhas plots. To the North is the Colegio Internacional de Vilamoura, one of the best international schools in the Algarve.

The Quintinhas, at 10,000sqm, are unique being the largest residential plots in Vilamoura. There are only 10 plots in total, 8 plots are currently occupied with villas. A construction area of 5% of the plot size is permitted. This does not include underground/basement level, car ports, pool area or terraces. Very large impressive properties can be built on the Quintinhas with plenty of space and surrounding land/gardens to give shelter from the borders of the plots and roads and still have enough land for stables, horse grazing pastures and/or sporting facilities.

The plot for sale, 10,000sqm fully fenced, currently has an old traditional 3 bed villa, a guest house, car port and a large swimming pool. The villa is in excellent structural condition.

Although the current residence is a wonderful old classic Portuguese style villa in good condition, the potential to add value to the plot is HUGE and therefore this acquisition can be considered as a very rare development opportunity. Whether it be via extending the existing accommodation and facilities or via a brand new development of a large modern and prestigious residence.
