PROJECT MANAGER – FIT OUT – CHINA

A Project Manager is sought for a well-established International Fit Out Company who is frequently associated with Hong Kong’s prestigious high end fit out projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be required to assist and advise on initial concepts and Designs for projects

• Report to the Managing Director on a regular basis

• You will work on a wide range of projects implementing co-ordination of sub-contractors programmed works. (You may work on more than one project at a time)

• You will check that the contracts are administered in line with the contractual terms and conditions of the project and completed within the agreed timescales

• You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining quality of workmanship thorough out the process in line with the Companies high standards

CLIENT BACKGROUND:

This fast expanding Company is Internationally known with a reputation to reflect its core strategy, working on large scale building and fitting out projects in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore. They have been in existence for over many years. Their knowledge of the industry and high expectations has lead to quality fit out projects and a dedicated and loyal employee base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience in commercial/fit out projects
• Station in China
• Good knowledge of general building standards
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
