Since its inception from its group – one of Europe’s largest architectural firms spanning over 40 years in operation – our client’s firm has been a place for ideas & thoughts and particularly dedicating its services to work on high-end lifestyle and commercial projects for the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Accountable for leading and managing the project, as well as the team, including the monitoring of team members progress.
• Responsible for planning, execution and closing of project
• Setting the framework on series of task to team members
• Must be able to resolve project issues and to report delays to MD
• Establishing a strong line of communication with team members
• Approving shop drawings and as-build drawings passed by the Design Coordinator

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
• Must have at least 5 years experience
• Wide range experience in managing large scale projects
• Ability to interface with clients and consultants
• Experience in Construction Management and Contract Administration
