Renovation project with large barn and garden

This stone house is ripe for renovation, has a lovely garden with nice features, a large detached barn and is close to the popular riverside town of Aunac.
location

House

Internally the house is in need of some updating (kitchen, bathroom, decoration etc.), although liveable at present it would benefit from a complete re-fit.

On the ground floor of the main house is currently a large kitchen (30 sq m) and living room (34 sq m).

Above the kitchen on the first floor is a large bedroom (30 sq m) and above the living room another (41 sq m).

Both bedrooms are large enough to be divided into more if required.

Attached to one side of the house is another living space (possibly dining room or office) of 23 sq m, double height with stairs up to the bedroom above the kitchen.

The lower ground floor is currently used as utility, storage and cave - would convert to liveable space and has a separate entrance to the pretty front courtyard garden

Outside

At the rear of the garden is a large (100 sq m approx.) detached stone barn, perfect for renovation (subject to planning permissions) or just for further storage / garaging etc.

There a number of smaller outbuildings around the garden in a variety of state of repair, all of which could be renovated for some purpose or just used as features in the large garden space.

The village of Mouton is a short walk away and the nearest local amenities are to be found at Aunac (approx. 4km) with restaurant, bakery, butchers etc - the larger market town of Mansle is approx. 7km away, about a ten minutes drive.

Lovely property with great potential..
