Description

This wonderful country property is situated on the outskirts of Llubi enjoying marvellous views over the village and the Tramuntana mountains. The approx. three hundred-years-old house has been completely restored, using prime quality materials and at the same time maintaining the traditional Majorcan architecture. The ground floor offers a large bright lounge, a living-dining room with an open fireplace, fully fitted kitchen (BULTHAUP) plus a pantry room (with Bosch appliances). Further there is also a studio, one bathroom and another living room with panoramic views which could be also used as a separate guest apartment.
On the upper floor we find two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of these en suite), a small room perfect as a walk in wardrobe or single bedroom and an additional large open loft space.
The property also provides a guest house which has a living-bedroom with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The exteriors enjoy several terraces, big porch, salt water swimming pool 14mx6m size, carport plus parking for several vehicles, own well, lightening and automatic watering system for the garden.
In addition the land offers a small oak forest which is under protection and a historical monument from Talaiotic Culture (ca. 1.300 B.C.)
