Secret Garden - Iznalloz, Granada, 18550

Something special; a charming reformed 2 bedroom village house with patio and garden on the edge of the thriving village of Iznalloz and enjoying mountain views. It needs TLC and amake over but don't let that hide what is on offer here. A super home with space for a pool that will make The house Doctor drool when the decorating is done!

The property is not currently occupied which accounts for the tatyness around the edges but nothing major is needed to enable you to move in. The house is set low in the village overlooking open countryside and offers good outside space with scope for a Pool.

The House:

Entering the house from the pedestrianised outside area, you go into the Lounge, a large bright room with windows to the front and rear overlooking the garden, doors to two double bedrooms and the bathroom lead off the lounge. The bedrooms are both good sizes, the bathroom is fitted with shower over bath pretty sink unit and WC.

From the rear of the lounge you climb 3 steps to Kitchen and stable door to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of base and top units with Space for built in Oven and Hob.

At the rear of the house is a covered seating area with fully tiled floor and a beautiful garden, with many shubs and trees. From the garden you have views over the small wall to the mountains and fields beyond.

Below the house is a large storage room / cellar with direct access from outside.

The house is approximately 80 sqm build and the Garden is approximately 220 sqm.
