MAIN HOUSE
The main entrance opens up to a centrall hall way.
To the right is a toilet and a kitchen (28 m2) with fitted units, a logburner and original features such as a charentaise fireplace, limestone floor and cupboards.
To the back of the kitchen is a spacious dining/utility room (30 m2), again with big logburner and charentaise fireplace.
Further to the dining room is another room (30 m2), currently used for storage, but it could be easily converted to enlarge the ground floor of the main house.
To the left of the centrall hall way is the living room with original charentaise fireplace and wooden flooring. Underneath the living room and the dining room are cellars.
FIRST FLOOR
The stairs rise from the centrall hallway onto a landing. There are three bedrooms (22, 15 and 9 m2), all facing south and all have wooden flooring.
There are also two showerrooms (4 and 3 m2) on this floor. One of the showerrooms is ensuite to the smallest bedroom and the other showerroom needs to be updated.
On the north side of the house is an attic (45 m2) which could easily be converted to two more bedrooms. From here the stairs rise to the second floor.
SECOND FLOOR
The attic on the second floor (74 m2) covers the whole length of the house and provides ample space.
The main house is on mains drainage, has a new roof and all electricity and plumbing is new (around 2010).
OUTBUILDINGS
Attached to the house are several barns and outbuildings.
The biggest barn is built at the length of the house as an extension (longere) and covers about 240 m2 (on the ground floor).
The half open abri/hangar provides ample of parking space and covers around 85 m2.
There is a third big outbuilding with stables and a garage, that could be turned into a gite or granny annex (if planning permission approves). The ground floor of this outbuilding covers about 125 m2.
COURTYARD
All the buildings of this property are situated around a lovely walled and private courtyard. There is a full grown chestnut tree in the middle of the courtyard, and there is also a well.
