House
Ground floor
There are a number of doors from the garden that open into the house. To the right-hand side of the house a door opens to the entrance hall (6m x 3m = 18 sq m) with the original flagstone floor. Off the hall is a WC.
To the left of the hall a door opens to a large living room (5.7m x 5.5m = 31 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, exposed stone feature wall, a stone Charentaise fireplace and a pair of glazed doors to the garden.
To the far side of the living room a door opens to the kitchen (5.6m x 4.2m = 23 sq m) with tiled floor, fireplace and a glazed door to the garden.
First floor
To the rear of the entrance hall a wooden staircase rises to a split level landing, off which is a very large bedroom (7m x 5m = 35 sq m). The stairs continue to the first floor landing, off which is the shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC).
From the landing a door opens to a room (5.5m x 5.4m = 29 sq m) with wooden floor, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace - this room is currently used as a second sitting room. From here a door opens to a bedroom (5.7m x 4.2m = 24 sq m) with wooden floor and exposed beam ceiling.
Second floor
The stairs continue to the second floor landing, off which is a suite of two rooms (5.9m x 5.5 m = 32 sq m and 5.7m x 4.2m = 24 sq m). A door off the staircase opens to a room (about 35 sq m) with potential as additional accommodation but which is currently used as an attic space.
Cellars
A door from the entrance hall opens to a short flight of steps that leads to two cellar rooms.
Barn
Attached to the side of the house and access from the garden is a useful barn.
Garden
To the front of the house is a courtyard garden with plenty of space for parking cars. There is a decked terrace to the front of the kitchen and to one corner of the garden is a small lawn with a number of trees and shrubs.
