Spectacular Loft Apartment in a..

We present this spectacular loft apartment in a converted factory in Gracia. Forget conventional ideas of living and choose more height, more light and more space in your life!

The concept of a loft apartment is not new however in the city of Barcelona there are few opportunities like this one. We have an old textile factory in a residential neighbourhood that is now being repurposed for residential living. The project is ambitious but being carried out by one of Barcelona's top propety developers. Using master craftsmen and the city's top architects the developer has assembled a team of experts that are meticulously upgrading and transforming this factory into something truly extraordinary.

The loft apartment here is a 66m2 1 bed layout property. However there may be an option to add another room or make some changes, where possible, to the layout. Thanks to the tremendous height of the ceilings the apartment can also have an additional floor space, if you so wish, in the form of a mezzanine floor level. The possibilities with this kind of structure are exciting and inspiring.

The main details to focus on are the Italian designer kitchens, the wonderful outsize windows and the industrial roof that will be provide a continuous reminder of the building's original purpose.

Each loft comes with private parking although access to the city couldn't be easier as it is so close to the city centre. You can stroll through Gracia and in a matter of minutes be at the top of Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona's own 5th Avenue with all the designer shops and world famous brands.

The industrial features of this building, the old brickwork and the windows, will be restored where possible and blended with more modern touches such as air conditioning, modern kitchen surfaces and double glazed windows. An Italian brand, Fibaro, is providing a brand new 'Smart Home' system.
