House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (6.2m x 2.6m = 16 sq m) with flagstone floor and exposed beam ceiling. To the left a door opens to the dual-aspect living room (6m x 5m = 30 sq m) with tiled floor, fireplace and exposed being ceiling. This room also benefits from a reversible heat-exchange unit for heating or cooling it.
