Stunning Location For This Bungalow..

HOUSE

The main house is accessed by a long private oak-lined driving lane.

The central entrance hallway (7,5 m2) opens up to two bedrooms (10 and 12 m2).

At the middle of the hallway to the left is a half-open dining area (10 m2) with plenty of cupboards.

At the end of the hallway is the living room (23 m2), which is a lovely bright room with an insert. Attached to the living room is a conservatory (7 m2) with opening doors to the balcony and a pretty view over the lake.

At the end of the hallway is a bathroom (7 m2) with bath and shower. The kitchen (11 m2) is at the far end of the house with an opening door to the outside terrace.

The whole of the house is on one level.

The garage (41 m2) is underneath the house. In the garage you will find the plumbing for a washing machine / dryer, the oil fired heating installation and still enough place for storage and a car.

GARDEN

The whole plot covers almost 2,5 ha. The 8000 m2 lake is the real eyecatcher of this property, with a small stream feeding the water. This is the perfect spot for fishing, swimming or just enjoying the sounds of streaming water and tranquility.

But the lake is not all, there is also a swimming pool, an orchard, a meadow and a private forest.

GUEST COTTAGE

Next to the swimming pool is a wooden cottage or 'maison d'amis' with one bedroom (14 m2) and a shower-room (13 m2).
