Stunning Minimalistic Penthouse in..

This amazing perfectly located "from dawn till dark" penthouse occupies the whole 9th floor and has large glass windows on both east and west side which provides an amazing view of the city. The sunrise is visible from the east side of the house and you can watch the sunset from the west side of the house. The awarded architect (Luis Pereira Miguel) who did the renovation of this stunning penthouse used new materials and added amazing details which makes this penthouse not only practical but also unique.

It's interior combines highly sophisticated technology and straight lines. The penthouse is provided with 19 different LAN internet points and electrically programmed and directional blinds with remote control. The central switch at the entrance will allow you to program when to open or close the blinds in order to save on heating. The micro-cement floor is conducted in different tones of grey. All tables are made of a mixture of wood and cement and all doors reach the ceiling and blend into the walls giving the idea of a loft. The kitchen island is perfect for reunions with friends or family dinners where everyone will be gathered around the kitchen island. The wine cabinet is located next to the dinner table and is well integrated in the huge living room.

The condominium which provides a doorman from Monday-Friday 8am-6pm is located in one of the best areas of Lisbon. The property is situated next to beautiful old bull fight ring "Campo Pequeno", which won a renovation award in 2006. It hosts a great shopping center underneath, weekly concerts and festivals and you can find many good restaurants around the ring. A few minutes away you can find the Gulbenkian gardens, which are probably the most beautiful gardens in Lisbon. There are several coffee shops and many art exhibitions. The Metro station "Campo Pequeno" is situated in front of the condominium and the "Entrecampos" railway station is 5 minutes away.
