T1Apartment with excellent river..

A sunny 1-bedroom apartment with jaw-dropping city and river views, located on a tranquil pedestrian-only street, opposite the Santa Luzia Belvedere with its romantic terrace offering sweeping views of Alfama's houses, numerous churches and the Tagus River.

The cafe on the terrace is a great place for a drink before visiting the Castle of Sao Jorge, which is just around the corner from the property. Other nearby and sought-after landmarks include: the Se Cathedral, Sao Vicente de Fora church, National Pantheon, Santo Antonio church, Graca church and Belvedere, Roman Theatre and the decorative Arts Museum: all of which are a short walk from the apartment.

The cozy south-facing apartment, located on the lower ground level of an historical building, is 60,00 m2in size and is sold fully furnished. The property is currently being rented out on a short-term rental basis (tourists) and already delivering healthy rental yields in excess of 10,00% per annum.

Across the street is the Santa Luzia Elevator, inaugurated by the City Council in 2105, and which allows residents to travel t0 and from the Santa Luzia Belvedere, by means of a comfortable modern elevator. There is also a public underground parking facility by the apartment (under the Santa Luzia Belvedere) where one can lease a parking space or just 'pay-as-you-go'.

This is a 'one-of-a-kind' location! Nestled on the hill of Alfama, with amazing river views and no more than 100 metres from the Castle entrance, this apartment is a perfect choice. An absolute 'no-brainer investment' should one continue renting out the apartment on a short-term rental basis or, alternatively, choose to live in the property.

A rare business opportunity not to be missed!
