Description

The Base Condo Pattaya for Sale 30sqm 1Bed (Next to Cenral Festival Shopping Mall)
2 units available in "The Base" project by renowned Sansiri, in Pattaya. Both in building 2 (smaller building) and both on the 8th floor. Views to north pattaya/central shopping mall unblocked.
it's good if someone is looking for a lower cheaper floor, as the southside view is blocked by a hotel, so u would need to be on about the 12th or 15th floor to get a view, which in turn is more expensive.
